Creole Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon -chopped
    1 large onion- chopped
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash-sliced
    1/2 c. chopped tomato (or 1 sm can Red Gold stewed tomatoes)
    1 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook chopped bacon in skillet 5 minutes; add onion and cook 7 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Add squash and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
