Sweet 'N Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    When done, add onion and green pepper to hot mixture and let set a few minutes.
    Remove from heat and drain. Cook remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved and is mixed. Pour over vegetables.
    This can be served hot or served cold as a relish.
