Pork Chop Oven Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 bay leaf
    6 small carrots, pared and halved lengthwise
    6 small potatoes, pared and halved
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour and garlic salt and a dash of salt and pepper. Dip chops in mixture and brown well in 2 tablespoons melted fat (or oil), about 15 minutes per side.
