Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar mixed with 1/3 c. soy sauce
3/4 lb. lean pork loin cut into 3/4-inch cubes
peanut oil for frying
1/4 c. sifted cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 medium sweet green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
1 medium carrot, peeled and julienne
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch blended with 1 Tbsp. cold water
2 pineapple rings, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
Preparation

Heat soy sauce mixture, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Pour over pork.
Cover and chill 4 to 8 hours, turning meat occasionally.
