Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
    1/2 medium onion
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil broccoli and onion in large pan for 3 minutes.
    (Do not drain.)
    Add Minute rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Add butter and soup.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
