Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash, sliced thin
    1 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together.
    Drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots.
    Fold in squash and onions.
    Mix the butter and stuffing together.
    Put half of the squash mix in a casserole dish and half of the stuffing mix, then the rest of the squash and end with stuffing topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
