Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Stir in whole wheat flour; blend.
    Beat together egg, milk and oil in a 4-cup measure.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Heat griddle with butter.
    Add batter.
    Makes about 8 pancakes.
