Parmesan Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 large onions, chopped
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. cornbread stuffing mix
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed and drain.
    Saute onions in butter until transparent.
    Add stuffing mix to sauteed onions.
    Mix eggs, spinach and garlic powder and add to stuffing-butter mixture.
    Roll into walnut-size balls and freeze on cookie sheet.
    Keep frozen in plastic bag until ready to bake.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Watch carefully; balls should be firm (not mushy).
