Herb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. very warm water
    parsley
    rosemary
    thyme
    dill or any herb
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.
    Add water, parsley, shortening and herbs.
    Beat and add the remaining flour.
    Add more flour, if needed.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
