Elegant Fudge Frosting(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 sq. chocolate
7 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a heavy saucepan. Place over low heat and allow to come to a rolling boil.
Boil exactly 1 minute.
Cool mixture to room temperature before beating.
Add vanilla and beat until smooth and the right consistency to spread on cake.
