Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 big Tbsp. flour
    1 heaping tsp. chili powder
    salt
    1 can tomato sauce (regular size)
    red peppers
    hot sauce
    hamburger
    onions
    tortillas
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook shortening, flour, chili powder and salt together.
    Then add enough water to make it as thick as beef gravy; cook slowly and well.
    Add 1 can tomato sauce and some red peppers.
    Simmer together for about 10 minutes.
    Add hot sauce to the other sauce and cook tortillas in this for about 3 to 5 minutes.
