Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. container low-fat cottage cheese
    2 cans water packed tuna fish
    1 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
Preparation
    Be sure to blend cottage cheese in blender until creamy.
    Pour creamy cottage cheese into another bowl.
    Add vanilla supplement and hand blend.
    Drain tuna well and add to creamy mixture.
    If you like your tuna spicy, you may add chopped onion and celery or other items that are \"legal\" on the program.
    Chill.
    Can be used for a couple of days.
