Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 or 3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
dash of salt
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
baked crust
Preparation
-
Beat egg yolks with beater and add dry ingredients, beating well.
Slowly add milk; cook and stir until thick.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Stir well and pour into a cool, baked crust.
