Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. celery
    1 bell pepper
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped (mild)
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in buttered pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
