Falafel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried chickpeas or fava beans
    3 slices white bread
    2 canned hot cherry peppers
    3 sprigs parsley
    3 eggs, beaten
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    peanut or corn oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Soak peas or beans 12 hours in cold water.
    Remove skins and place in Cuisinart.
    Grind with bread, peppers and parsley.
    Add eggs and seasonings.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Form into balls and flatten to fry.
    Fry in deep oil.
    Serve hot with hot salsa to your liking.
