Boiled Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 gal. water
    2 large onions, quartered
    3 lemons, halved
    1/2 box salt
    3/4 lb. cayenne pepper
    1 bottle Tabasco sauce
    1 box Sataraus loose shrimp boil mix
    14 lb. live crawfish, purged and washed
Preparation
    In 10-gallon pot, bring water with all seasonings to a boil. Add crawfish.
    Cook for 7 minutes after water reaches 2nd boil. Remove crawfish and dust with additional cayenne pepper and salt. Serves 2 to 3 people.
