Carrots With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

2 cans small whole carrots, drained
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Place carrots in a 2 qt. casserole. Combine orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and orange rind. Pour over carrots. Add butter.
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
