Fresh Apple Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sliced apples, peeled
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cake spice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs, flour and flavoring.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and put batter in.
    Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
