Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 ripe bananas
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, eggs and shortening.
    Stir in buttermilk and bananas.
    Stir together and add flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add nuts.
    Let set 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 (more or less) minutes in a 9 x 3 x 5-inch pan.
