Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices cubed bread
    3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix eggs, milk, sausage and mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Next morning, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with a small amount of milk.
    Drain 1 can mushrooms.
    Pour over rest.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Can use ham instead of sausage.
