Roast Chicken With Walnut Sauce(To Serve 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    freshly ground pepper
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pat the chicken dry inside and out with paper towels.
    Then truss it securely with white kitchen cord.
    Mix the melted butter and vegetable oil together and with a pastry brush, coat the chicken thoroughly.
