Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Avocados, peeled and mashed
    3 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    Juice and grated rind of 1 lime
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    Dash pepper sauce
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Extra pepper sauce may be added to taste. Serve with corn chips or as an added sauce for Mexican dishes.
