A Short Cake(For Strawberries Or Other Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs or Egg Beaters, beaten until thickened
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Add beaten eggs to the cold water.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; slowly add to the egg mixture, then add melted butter.
Best made in a flan pan, but an 8-inch round cake pan will do.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
