Ingredients

1 c. butter or regular margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add flour, potato chips and nuts; mix well.
Drop by scant teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten by pressing with bottom of drinking glass, greased and dipped in sugar.
(Grease and sugar glass as needed.) Bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 10 to 11 minutes.
Remove to racks to cool.
Makes about 5 dozen.
