Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag spinach
    12 oz. container cottage cheese (can use low-fat 2%)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or nuts of choice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 onion, minced
Preparation
    Wash and tear spinach.
    Place in bowl.
    Mix balance of ingredients and toss into spinach.
    Serve chilled.
