Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast, trimmed of all fat
    1 qt. tomatoes
    3 to 4 pieces finely chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 regular size bottle catsup
Preparation
    Combine and bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Pull meat apart with fork.
    Add catsup and cook 1 more hour.
