Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 medium can kidney beans
    1 medium can tomatoes
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 bag taco chips
    sour cream (optional)
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until done; drain and put all in crock-pot or in large kettle.
    Simmer all day.
    Scoop into bowls and top with Cheddar cheese and crushed taco chips.
    Optional:
    Spoon sour cream and salsa on top.
    Great for cold days.
    Double if needed.
    Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
