Impossible Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease a pie plate.
    Place all ingredients in a blender or large bowl on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until puffed and center is dry, about 30 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
