Cherry-Go-Round - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. combined pineapple juice and water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
2 (No. 2) cans cherry pie filling
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
whipping cream or Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation

Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling.
Add jello and stir to dissolve.
Cool gelatin mixture until slightly thickened.
Beat until fluffy.
Fold in pie filling, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
May garnish with swirl or whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Yields 12 servings.
