Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
3 ripe bananas, crushed
1 Tbsp. sour milk
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients into mixture.
Add bananas and milk; stir in nuts. Bake in a loaf pan at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
