Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear bread slices into pieces.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Cook sausage in skillet.
Drain off grease.
Spoon over bread crumbs.
Spread broccoli and cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean. Can be assembled the night before.
Cover and refrigerate, then uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
