Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. liquid shortening
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients well, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
