Onion Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced thin
    1/2 to 1 tsp. dill weed
    1 can creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn mix
    1 can green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 jalapenos (optional)
Preparation
    Saute the onions in butter. Add dill weed, salt, pepper, 1/2 cheese and sour cream. Set aside.
    Mix Jiffy mix, egg, milk, corn and green chilies.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer onion mixture and put the other 1/2 of cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
