Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small to medium zucchini
    1 large onion, cut in thin slices
    3 small tomatoes, cut in 3/4-inch chunks
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute onions until clear.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes and the mushrooms.
    Continue cooking, covered, for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.
