Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    pepper to taste
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 large potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown floured and seasoned pork chops in butter.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Cover with sliced onion.
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick and place over onion.
    Season with a little seasoning salt.
    Mix mushroom soup with milk.
    Pour over chops. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake a little longer if potatoes aren't quite tender.
