Spaghetti Squash With Herbed Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 spaghetti squash (about 2 lb.)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prick the squash with a fork 2 to 3 times to prevent bursting. Place in a pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the squash depresses easily when pressed with fingers. Remove from oven and halve at once or squash will continue cooking. Let cool briefly, then scoop out seeds.
    With a fork, pull out strands, leaving only a shell.
    There should be approximately 4 cups.
    Heat butter in a small pan over low heat; add flour and garlic; stir over lowest heat for 3 minutes.
