Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix until blended. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add this alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tins well (tops also). Fill cups and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
