Low Calorie Cheese And Herb Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and stir until smooth and creamy or process in blender.
    Allow to stand in refrigerator a few hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    Makes 1 cup.
