Skillet Beef And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thinly sliced potatoes
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. each: onions, grated carrots and green pepper
    garlic salt
    1 can Italian tomatoes
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    pepper and salt
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and drain.
    Cook onions, green pepper, garlic and carrots until tender.
    Stir in potatoes and beef.
    Add tomatoes (chopped), liquid and seasonings.
    Bring to boil, then simmer 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
