Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 c. dry Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
    1 c. melted margarine (2 sticks)
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze out remaining moisture.
    Add all remaining ingredients to spinach.
    Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 4 hours. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Bake on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Spinach Balls can be frozen and used as needed.
    Serve as appetizer or with meal.
