Arizona Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecans
grated rind of 1 small orange
1 unbaked pie shell
whipped cream or topping
Preparation

Beat together first 7 ingredients; stir in nuts and orange peel.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set.
