Chicken Breast Diane(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    juice of 1/2 lime
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Pound chicken between waxed paper.
    Salt and pepper.
    In microwave dish, melt butter and mix with oil.
    Place chicken in dish, coating breasts on both sides.
    Microwave on High 3 minutes. Let rest 1 minute; turn breast over.
    Microwave again on High 3 minutes.
    Set aside.
