Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough; allow to rose (covered).
    Divide dough in half.
    Turn out on a floured surface.
    Roll dough to 12-inch rectangle.
    Combine egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Spread half of mixture on dough.
    Layer half pepperoni and half Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 teaspoon oregano.
    Roll dough jelly roll fashion.
    Repeat with the rest of dough.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
