Popovers (Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (use substitute)
    1 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Grease muffin tins.
    Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Fill tins slightly less than 1/2 full.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Do not open oven door. Makes 6.
