Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 green tomatoes
    3 c. vinegar
    4 good size onions
    2 c. sugar
    8 sweet red peppers
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all 3 vegetables through grinder.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Cook for 1 hour after it starts to boil.
    Yields approximately 6 pints.
