Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Put a 10-inch iron skillet in the oven.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Beat 2 eggs lightly.
Add milk, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Mix until blended.
Let set for 10 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in the skillet.
Pour in batter.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with melted butter and powdered sugar.
Makes one pancake.
