Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. Town House crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Melt margarine in casserole dish.
    Coat chicken in margarine and crushed crackers.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Last 1/2 hour uncover to brown.
    (Pork chops can also be fixed this way.)
