Italian Easter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (measure by dip method)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
6 to 8 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Sift flour with salt and baking powder.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender.
Scramble eggs with 1/4 cup milk (4 tablespoons).
Sprinkle over ingredients and toss with fork.
Add remainder of milk, 1 tablespoon at a time while mixing with fork.
When it is moist enough to form dough, shape it into 4 balls of dough and then roll out into pastry.
