Chef Haller'S White House Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 shallots, finely minced
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

In a blender, place all ingredients except oil and blend at high speed 10 seconds. With blender running at low speed, gradually add the oil. Cover the blender and blend at high speed 10 seconds.
(You can also make the dressing by hand in a mixing bowl using a wire whisk.)
Store dressing in refrigerator, but serve it at room temperature.
Shake well before using.
Serve on garden or mixed green salads.
