Apple Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 thin slices lemon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In medium size heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and cloves.
    Mix well. Add the apple juice, vinegar, lemon slices and raisins.
    Cook over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.
    Add butter or margarine.
    Serve warm. Good with baked ham.
